COP29 Qualification and Pledge

IMPORTANT: Organisations that wish to participate in the Green Zone but are not existing Race to Net Zero UNFCCC Members should be able to demonstrate that they have taken tangible steps to meet the minimum Race to Zero Starting Line criteria. They should provide evidence of their credentials and achievements, e.g. an organisation has publicly announced, or is planning to take, the Race to Zero pledge with 2030 and 2050 science-based targets, and is working towards a credible Transition Plan, or has signed the Science Based Targets Letter to Commit to set Race to Zero 2030 and 2050 targets and will define a credible Transition Plan within 24 months of making the commitment.
